El proyecto ¨Lean Emprende¨ es una iniciativa, desarrollada por CEEIC durante el año 2016 y cofinanciada por el Fondo Social Europeo a través de la Fundación Incyde, que pretendía favorecer la integración laboral de jóvenes inscritos en garantía juvenil y otros colectivos desfavorecidos fomentando la opción del autoempleo. 14 de los 28 participantes se incorporaron al mercado laboral gracias al programa, ya sea poniendo marcha su propia empresa o por cuenta ajena.
OBJETIVO
Fomentar el autoempleo como alternativa para incorporarse al mercado laboral, dando a conocer metodologías ágiles de emprendimiento como Lean Startup, lanzamiento de proyectos a través del marketing digital y el crowdfounding como fuente de financiación.

DESARROLLO DEL PROYECTO
Lean Emprende ha ayudado a crear ocho nuevos proyectos empresariales y ha permitido encontrar trabajo, ya sea con su propia empresa o por cuenta ajena, a un total de 14 jóvenes sin empleo o no integrados en el sistema de educación o formación. Este programa, puesto en marcha por el Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación de Cartagena (Ceeic), ha contado con 28 participantes, aunque la formación ha llegado a más de 600 jóvenes de forma indirecta gracias al centenar de charlas, talleres, entrevistas de captación y jornadas formativas desarrolladas durante los más de dos meses que ha durado el curso.
